Ties, belts, anklets, chokers, keychains — this workshop may be called Kandi Bracelets, but here you can make just about anything! In this art workshop led by two Uptown Stories writers and Kandi Bracelet experts, you'll learn all the basics you'll need for Kandi crafting and quickly blossom into masters yourselves! At the end of the week, you'll have beautiful beaded pieces to add to your wardrobe and share with family and friends.
We are thrilled to offer this inaugural student-led Uptown Stories workshop, supervised by Uptown Stories teaching artist Fred Kloster, as an hour-long add on to all participants in our Game Masters workshop. Even if you're not in Game Masters, you are more than welcome to join us just for Kandi Bracelets from 2:30-3:30pm. Let's get crafting!
